  • If your butter melts: No worries! Just let it solidify at room temp. If it’s completely liquid, whip it back to its fluffy goodness with a hand mixer. (It’s actually kind of fun!)

Since our butters are whipped, they might look “half full” after melting—that’s just the air pockets disappearing, not a product loss!

Keep it cool! Store your butter away from windows and direct sunlight.
